Stripes rule and so does this timeless black and white combination. This look is inspired by both. MIUMIU parrot coat was not my original plan, rather a last minute solution for the cooler fall temperature on the day of Balmain, Nina Ricci, and Lanvin shows. But at the end, this summer coat did add a little color and a fun print to the otherwise all black and white look. Vogue Brasil clearly agreed and featured the look the same day. Something to be said about the magic of stripes.

Patricia Field VOGUE hat is always fun and I loved to mix-and-match it with this beautiful Marni silk floral skirt, Miu Miu boots, silver fishnet top, add a satin bare-back vest with a formal touch….as for the rest, Vogue Spain already talked about the bag, in previous post.

On my way to Galliano I quickly learned that the French crowd adores that classic french beret look. Stripes are one of my favorite trends for the last several seasons and I am excited to see that stripes continue to dominate the catwalks for Spring 2015 season. Club Monaco stripe shirt, ASOS funky sunglasses, a vintage colorful multi-print skirt and MiuMiu platforms full of crystal bling, were my ‘girly’ style, for a fun Parisian Sunday afternoon at the shows.

DELPOZO’s checkered ruffled maxi-shorts by Josep Font, creative director of this brand, with the background in architecture, are one of my most popular wardrobe items this summer for unique architectural elements, comfortable feel, and chic look. Paired with Fendi, Top Shop, and a few vintage pieces, they made a perfect ‘center piece’ for look on Maison Martin Margiela and DIOR day.

The Stella McCartney show was on a rainy morning at the Opera. Contemporary simple mini-look with mod elements on Marni skirt, paired with MIUMIU patent leather flats worked well on slippery cobblestones of the Parisian Opera stairs. Statement tights are my favorite accessory on the colder days. I could not wait to sport these beauties, with the most classic pattern, out to the venue.
