Each year Claridge’s hotel in London on presents the Christmas tree designed by the prominent fashion house. Following Lanvin and Dior ( bottom photos), Dolce and Gabbana, long term guests and friends of the hotel, got their turn this year. 450 glass hand painted baubles by artisans from Verona and Lago di Como display the elements of Sicily as sun, citrus groves, pears, or gardens. 30 hand crafted puppets in velvet costumes along with luminary framework on the bottom in festive Italian colors of red, green, white, yellow and blue that are seen during Christmas time in Italian Piazzas, finish the Sicilian Christmas theme.
Czech supermodel Eva Herzigova, David James Gandy, Poppy Delevigne, Joan Collins and many honorable guests and friends joined the designer-duo in the festivity of Christmas tree unveiling on November 25th.
